FAQ
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes are included in the prices below except for the Connector Pass, which is subject to 5% GST.
Ticket Prices
Round Trip:Â $45 (tax included)

Standard luggage: $0

Ticket Changes
Tickets may be changed for date, time, or pickup location at no extra charge up to 3 hours before departure.
Refund Policy
No refunds.
Unused tickets may be converted to account credit valid for up to 1 year.
Payments
We strongly recommend making reservations and paying online in advance.
On board, we accept most major credit cards and cash. If paying with cash, please provide exact change whenever possible, as drivers carry limited change.
Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Squamish Connector does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information.
Pets
Small pets are permitted on board with prior approval.
Pets must be 15 lb (8 kg) or less.
Pets must be able to remain on the passenger’s lap for the entire trip and may not occupy a seat or aisle space.
Pet carriers or crates are encouraged.
Cats must be in a crate or enclosed carrier/bag.
Additional seats may not be purchased for pets.
Please call or email for approval before bringing a pet.
Service Animals
Officially registered Guide and Service Dogs are permitted in accordance with British Columbia law under the Guide and Service Dog Act.

Driver Discretion
Drivers may refuse transport of pets or animals if operating conditions, passenger safety, or space limitations require it.
Unaccompanied Minors
Passengers 13 years of age or older may travel unaccompanied on our buses.
Parents or guardians must ensure young travellers understand they are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers, as no supervision is provided by staff during the trip.
A parent or guardian must be present at both the departure and arrival locations to ensure the minor is safely dropped off and received.
Luggage
1 checked-size bag and 1 carry-on are included free per passenger.
Additional or oversized luggage:Â $15 per item.
Please pre-book extra luggage when possible. If not pre-booked, payment may be required directly to the driver (cash preferred).
Liability
Squamish Connector is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
Bicycles
Bike space is limited and subject to operational conditions.
First-come, first-served.
No guarantee of space for bicycles.
Some buses may not have a bike rack, and bike transport may not be possible.
Maximum: 2 bikes per bus.
Standard bicycles only.
E-bikes are not generally not permitted. Limited exceptions may be made for light electric-assist bikes (approx. 20kg max) if space allows and the battery is removed. This is at the driver's discretion.
Bike Fee
$15 per bike, each way, payable at boarding.
Cash preferred. Credit cards may be processed at the bus if space is available.
Riders are responsible for loading and securing their bike
Squamish Connector buses only stop at designated locations and cannot make unscheduled stops.
Guaranteed Pick-Up Locations
Squamish:Â Squamish Adventure Centre, Chieftain Centre, London Drugs
Vancouver:Â Hyatt Regency Hotel, Waterfront Station
Pick-ups at these locations are guaranteed.
Reservation-Only Stops
All other stops require a reservation or pre-booking.
Poparide Guests
Poparide passengers are picked up and dropped off only at:

Waterfront Station
Poparide guests may disembark at another scheduled stop only if the bus is already stopping there for a reserved Squamish Connector passenger. The bus will not make additional stops solely for Poparide passengers (for example, if you are the only one left on the bus at the Adventure Centre, the bus will not continue to drop you at London Drugs)

Cancellations & Credits Large groups may find it more convenient to book a private charter bus. For charter inquiries, contact charters@squamishconnector.com. More information is available on our Terms & Policies page.
No cash refunds.
Cancellations made 3 hours or more before departure receive account credit only.
Groups of 8 or more: cancellations must be made 12 hours or more before departure to receive credit.
No credit will be issued for partially used reservations.

Departure Times & Pick-Up
The bus never departs before the scheduled departure time. We do however suggest being on location at the Pick Up Location a minimum of 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the bus.
If you arrive at a guaranteed pick-up location before the scheduled time and do not see the bus yet, it is likely on its way.

Pick-ups at all other stops must be pre-booked in advance and are not guaranteed without a reservation.
